Sr. Salesforce Platform Administrator

Yale University is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sr. Salesforce Platform Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform administration, development and customization, as well as a strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite. This position will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Salesforce development, including designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide solutions to a variety of Salesforce development challenges and work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce applications.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in computer science, information systems, or a related field• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform administration, development and customization• Expert knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and its application in a business environment• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot, analyze and solve complex Salesforce platform problems• Proven experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Developer, Platform Developer)• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detailWe are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team and take our Salesforce platform to the next level.
