
YCCI Clinical Research Coordinator

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical research studies within the YCCI.
- Collaborate with principal investigators, research teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical trials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation, including informed consent forms, study protocols, and regulatory documents.
- Screen and enroll potential study participants according to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct study visits and procedures according to protocol and maintain accurate and complete study records.
- Communicate with study participants, healthcare providers, and research teams to ensure proper understanding and compliance with study protocols.
- Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations to the appropriate parties.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of study protocols, amendments, and annual reports to regulatory authorities and ethics committees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and institutional policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with study sponsors, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Participate in study meetings and trainings to stay current on study protocols and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures and processes within the YCCI.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the YCCI leadership team.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Psychology, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A University Or Medical Center Setting.
Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Federal Regulations Related To Human Subject Research.
Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Study Participants, Healthcare Professionals, And Research Team Members.
