Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Account Management In The Software Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Property Management Software And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Clients.
Proven Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner, While Maintaining A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction.
