
Associate Technical Account Manager

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients using Yardi software solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner, keeping them updated on the status of their requests.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Utilize project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and client requests.
- Proactively identify and address potential technical issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- Continuously expand and maintain knowledge of Yardi software and industry trends to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new clients, providing training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are being met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and technical solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving client satisfaction and product offerings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and customer service standards.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and building strong client relationships.
- Keep up-to-date on industry advancements and proactively share knowledge with team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Account Management
Strong Knowledge Of Yardi Software Products And The Real Estate Industry
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues And Provide Efficient Solutions To Clients.
