Job Description

As part of the YouTube Communications team, you will lead internal communication to and from YouTube’s tech organization, develop communication strategies, and produce communications for YouTube’s technical leadership. Develop creative communications strategies for technical executives at YouTube across the product and engineering organizations. Develop, write, and edit communications for technical executives, including organizational narratives, speeches, emails, articles and slide presentations. Interact with and influence executives, and provide advice that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style. Manage and build partnerships with key internal stakeholders to devise clear communications, and distill subjects into easy-to-understand language across teams and geographies. In this role, you will coordinate content and speakers for internal events.

Job Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience managing and writing communications in the media, government or non-profit space

  • 2 years of experience supporting executive-level communications
