Job Description

As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that we deliver on our goals for your assigned policy area. You'll help to implement and enforce our policies across millions of videos. This includes finding the right balance between removing content that violates our community guidelines, while retaining approved content. Review content which may include graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube's community guidelines. Managing policy enforcement escalations, developing new enforcement guidelines for Hate Speech, delivering training to reviewers and providing enforcement advice. Support detection teams in Engineering and Product, providing expert calibrations on policy verdicts. Stay up-to-date on trends in Hate Speech policy abuse and relevant events across local markets. Demonstrating an understanding of how our Hate Speech policy impacts YouTube users, think strategically, and keep our users safe from harmful content, while protecting freedom of expression.
