
Social & Community Manager
In this role, you’ll join a team of Social & Community Managers, each specialized by a YouTube product area. You’ll drive external communications and operational processes for your product area across all of our team's online Social & Community platforms. Manage external communications for your product areas across online social and community platforms. Help maintain a detailed content calendar and test new strategies to increase communication and engagement metrics. Help grow YouTube Contributors to scale peer-to-peer education. Host external presentations, participate in virtual meet-ups, and program events, and facilitate trusted testers opportunities. Support training and quality programs for @TeamYouTube’s social operations to ensure high quality and accuracy of responses for your product areas. Oversee daily forum management for your product areas on the YouTube Product Forum and any third-party platforms (reddit, etc.). Escalate product issues and respond to highly upvoted threads.
2 years of experience working in social media, community management, and/or customer service.
Experience managing day-to-day social presence of an influencer account or a major consumer brand
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present key findings, with experience applying learnings to future programs.
