
Strategic Partner Manager
As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users. Collaborate and partner with YouTube cross-functional teams including Product, Trust and Safety, Product Operations, Social, PR, and Marketing to proactively address Creator issues, manage potential escalations, and improve overall Creator sentiment. Develop and drive partner management best practices for Creator cohort tailored to the unique challenges faced by Large Creators who are self sufficient, yet need support with troubleshooting, policy education and management of policy violations. De-escalate challenging Creator engagements by enlisting internal experts to proactively and reactively resolve issues, influence systemic solutions and manage satisfaction for portfolio of Creators.
10 years of experience in Customer Service or Partner Management organizations
Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid and collaborative environment
YouTube content creation and channel management experience a plus
