Event Planner

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Event Planner to join Yves Saint Laurent's team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for events and a creative eye for detail. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively.The Event Planner will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from conceptualizing, organizing and executing events, to coordinating with vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in event planning, with the ability to develop and implement a strategic event plan that meets business objectives. To be successful in this role, the Event Planner should possess a combination of creativity, strong interpersonal skills, a comprehensive knowledge of event planning, and a commitment to excellence in customer service. A deep understanding of the Yves Saint Laurent brand and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment is essential.Required qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field• Proven experience in event planning and execution• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software• Working knowledge of Yves Saint Laurent brand and culture
