Stock Associate

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team at Z Gallerie! As a Stock Associate, you are a key contributor to our store and will be responsible for ensuring the stockroom is well-maintained and that customers can find the products they need quickly and easily. This role requires someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and organize stockroom to ensure products can be found quickly and easily.
2. Accurately stock shelves with merchandise, following established procedures.
3. Receive and unpack deliveries, ensuring that all items are accounted for.
4. Assist customers in locating items in store.
5. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies to management.
7. Process purchase orders and returns in accordance with company policy.
8. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
9. Follow all safety regulations and procedures while handling merchandise and equipment.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
