Job Description

You will become an expert in navigating the TriNet Zenefits platform and help our broker partners do the same! You will continuously improve and update our internal knowledge base to ensure internal teams have the most up to date product information. You will proactively transform broker problem-solving into actionable product improvement opportunities. Also, assist our brokers from answering detailed questions about their TriNet Zenefits account, advocating on their behalf to continuously improve our product and their experience with TriNet Zenefits. Respond to broker level inquiries/requests. Support custom plans (non-stock plans). Set-up custom contribution schemes. Address any issues related to the Ben-Admin/Ben-Connect platform which span across multiple TriNet Zenefits products, utilizing internal resources as needed. Support any remaining product manual processes related to the system.

  • 3+ years of client-facing or customer service focused work experience

  • Knowledgeable about health insurance and want to combine this experience with your passion for technology.

Compensation
