Assembler

We are looking for an Assembler to join our Zimmer Biomet team! This role is critical to our ongoing success and contributing to the production of quality products. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling components, preparing and inspecting parts for assembly, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the highest quality standards. To excel in this role, it is important that you have excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in assembly work, preferably in a medical device environment. You should have a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable reading blueprints and following instructions. It is also important that you are able to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving and process improvement.
