As a leader of the Creative Department, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and executing creative strategies that align with the Zimmermann brand. You’ll need an eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a clear vision to drive the creative process.You’ll need to have a deep understanding of the fashion industry and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of creative professionals. You’ll have a knack for staying ahead of the trends and a passion for creating captivating visuals. Your strong leadership skills and excellent communication will help you cultivate an environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a creative or fashion director role, with an advanced understanding of the design process, and a demonstrated ability to manage a successful creative team. Sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmermann founded the label in 1991, while the first store was opened in 1992.
