- Continuously evaluate and improve existing toxicology processes and methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and ethical standards in conducting research and presenting findings.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and other external partners to ensure compliance with toxicological regulations and guidelines.
- Identify and assess potential toxicological risks associated with new product development and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Liaise with other departments and teams within 3M to provide toxicology support and expertise as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings, protocols, and methodologies.
Master's Or Phd Degree In Toxicology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Toxicology Role, Preferably In A Corporate Or Industrial Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Toxicology Principles, Methods, And Regulations.
Experience Conducting And Interpreting Toxicology Studies, Including In Vitro And In Vivo Testing.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
