  1. Conduct advanced research and development projects in the field of toxicology.
  2. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to assess the potential risks and impacts of 3M products and technologies.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex data to provide insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for mitigating potential toxicological risks.
  5. Stay updated with the latest advancements and regulations in the field of toxicology and incorporate them into research projects.
  6. Communicate research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and other means.
  7. Provide guidance and training to junior toxicologists and other team members on toxicology principles and practices.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
  9. Represent 3M at conferences, seminars, and other industry events to showcase our research and expertise in toxicology.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing toxicology processes and methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  11. Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and ethical standards in conducting research and presenting findings.
  12. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and other external partners to ensure compliance with toxicological regulations and guidelines.
  13. Identify and assess potential toxicological risks associated with new product development and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  14. Liaise with other departments and teams within 3M to provide toxicology support and expertise as needed.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings, protocols, and methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Phd Degree In Toxicology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Toxicology Role, Preferably In A Corporate Or Industrial Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Toxicology Principles, Methods, And Regulations.

  • Experience Conducting And Interpreting Toxicology Studies, Including In Vitro And In Vivo Testing.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
