Job Description

Overseeing and increasing utilization of 3M-MModal’s leading edge clinical documentation improvement solution suite. Driving the success of 3M-MModal’s Computer Assisted Provider Documentation (CAPD) solutions, to include CDI Engage One and HCC Engage. Working with internal stakeholders to improve the usability of the CDI platforms, by providing customer representation feedback and CDI expertise. Helping to ensure the success of 3M-MModal clients by understanding and driving key CDI outcomes, and by identifying, responding to and following up on client needs.
