Job Description

Support site safety requirements and work in a safe manor to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Assist in development of new products, including assembly, components, and tooling design and drawings generation and materials selection, based on customer, industry, and government specifications and expectations. Participate in plant efforts on improve of existing and scale-up of new products and work on cross-functional teams with plant, lab, and manufacturing technology. Provide daily production support and troubleshooting for assigned manufacturing operations, including occasional availability on nights and weekends as needed. Understand key product quality characteristics and how they relate to customer expectations. As a Drafter, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Job Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of Process, Product, or Manufacturing Engineering experience

  • Familiar with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology

  • Good Communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple levels of an organization from production to management.

  • Previous problem solving experience in a production environment
