High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A General Operator At 3M Should Have A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent.
Previous Manufacturing Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Same Industry As 3M.
Strong Mechanical Aptitude: The Job Of A General Operator At 3M Requires The Ability To Operate And Troubleshoot Various Machines And Equipment, So Candidates Should Have A Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
