Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer for the Filtrete™ Value Stream, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Commissioning, qualifying and supporting the assets for the Filtrete™ Value Stream. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale up and qualify products. Leading Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects and driving continuous improvement in a Lean Manufacturing environment. Providing daily support and on-call support for production operations. Determining and implementing capital improvement projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 combined years engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Demonstrated experience participating on cross functional teams

  • Experience with converting and automation technology and processes

  • Ability to effectively use statistics in analyzing process data

Compensation
