1. Develop and implement quality testing strategies and plans for new and existing products.

6. Continuously monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards related to quality testing and management, and make recommendations for their implementation within the company.
8. Train and mentor team members on quality testing processes and procedures.
9. Identify and resolve any quality-related issues that arise during the product development or manufacturing process.
10. Act as a liaison with external quality assurance partners and vendors to ensure consistent and high-quality products.
11. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal quality standards and processes.
12. Participate in product design and development meetings to provide input and ensure quality requirements are met.
13. Support customer inquiries and complaints related to product quality, and work towards timely and satisfactory resolutions.
14. Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to ensure a strong understanding and commitment to quality standards and goals.
15. Continuously strive to improve and optimize quality testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
