  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop commercialization strategies and plans.
  4. Manage the end-to-end commercialization process, from concept development to product launch.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, research institutions, and industry experts.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision making.
  7. Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress and results of commercialization efforts.
  8. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful commercialization.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to protect intellectual property and secure necessary patents.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and feedback to identify potential improvements or modifications to existing products.
  11. Mentor and guide junior team members in technology commercialization processes and best practices.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to commercializing new technologies and products.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote and showcase new technologies and products.
  15. Act as a champion for innovation and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
