  1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and systems within assigned region.
  2. Ensure all facilities and equipment meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  4. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to prolong the lifespan of facilities and equipment.
  5. Manage a team of maintenance and repair staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  6. Communicate regularly with store managers and other relevant parties to address any facility-related issues.
  7. Monitor and manage budget for facility maintenance and repairs.
  8. Stay updated on building codes and regulations and ensure compliance within assigned region.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and repairs.
  11. Respond promptly to any emergency maintenance or repair needs.
  12. Provide guidance and support to store managers on facility-related matters.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the appearance and functionality of facilities within assigned region.
  14. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and inviting environment in all stores.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive work culture within the facilities management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For The Area Facilities Manager Position At 7-Eleven Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Facilities Staff Across Multiple Locations. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Goals.

  • Proven Facilities Management Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Convenience Store Industry, Is Required For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Maintenance And Repair Services, Budgeting, And Vendor Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes And Safety Regulations: The Area Facilities Manager Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All 7-Eleven Locations In Their Designated Area Comply With Local Building Codes And Safety Regulations. The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Regulations And Be Able To Implement Necessary Changes To Maintain Compliance.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Vendors, And Upper Management. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Facilities-Related Issues That May Arise In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
