  1. Manage and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of multiple 7-Eleven locations within the designated area.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure all facilities are operating at the highest level of efficiency and safety.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
  4. Coordinate with store managers to prioritize and schedule maintenance and repairs.
  5. Monitor and manage facility budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  6. Oversee and supervise a team of maintenance and janitorial staff.
  7. Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and secure competitive pricing for services.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
  10. Keep up-to-date records and documentation of all maintenance activities and expenses.
  11. Train and mentor store staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility management processes.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including upper management, regarding facility maintenance and operations.
  14. Respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent maintenance needs.
  15. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans for all facilities in the designated area.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Facility Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of All Aspects Of Facility Management Including Building Systems, Maintenance, Repair, And Safety Protocols.

  • Experience In Retail Industry: Previous Experience In Managing Facilities For Retail Stores, Specifically In The Convenience Store Industry, Is Preferred. This Includes Experience In Managing Store Remodels, Equipment Installations, And Facility Upgrades.

  • Leadership Skills: The Area Facilities Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Facilities Technicians, So Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Address Any Performance Issues.

  • Attention To Detail: The Role Of An Area Facilities Manager Requires A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Facilities Are Maintained To The Highest Standard. This Includes Conducting Regular Site Inspections, Identifying Potential Issues, And Implementing Preventative Maintenance Measures.
