Job Description

Welcome to 7-Eleven! We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Employee to join our team. As a Store Employee, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our valued customers and maintaining a clean and organized store.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and checkout area.
  4. Restock and rotate merchandise to ensure availability and freshness.
  5. Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  6. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  7. Upsell and promote products to increase sales and meet store targets.
  8. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and promotions to assist customers.
  9. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by communicating effectively with coworkers and management.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for learning and development to improve job performance.
  11. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
  12. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
