  1. Ensure the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis.
  2. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries or concerns.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  5. Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  8. Train and supervise new team members.
  9. Collaborate with other store operators to meet sales targets and improve store performance.
  10. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  11. Keep track of daily sales and report any discrepancies to management.
  12. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  13. Manage cash and credit card transactions.
  14. Participate in store meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service and operations.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: A Store Operator At 7-Eleven Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably In A Convenience Store Environment.
