You will design and develop simplified workflows. Your role exemplifies Customer Service and technical capacity rooted in Human Resources and systems usages. Responsible for implementing and maintaining all HRIS systems. Review and testing of program updates and configurations. Assist in Helpdesk/Dayforce tickets response, provide adequate solutions. Create and run daily reports for Sr. Leaders as requested. Create productive workflow of system’s processes and ensures tasks are completed on a timely manner. Provide training via phone to SMs on how to use HR programs. Recordkeeping and audit reports. Handles Promotions, demotions, wage changes and transfers. Back up for terminations and status changes.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources and HRIS systems management
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials
