1. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Assist customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have.
3. Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
4. Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
5. Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Train and supervise new team members on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
7. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively communicate them to customers.
8. Act as a point of contact for any customer complaints or concerns and resolve them in a timely manner.
9. Handle opening and closing procedures, including securing the store and cash registers.
10. Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
12. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all team members.
13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the best possible service to customers.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager.
