1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and priced.
4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
5. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
6. Continuously learn about the products and services offered by the store in order to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
7. Communicate any customer feedback or suggestions to the store manager in a timely manner.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
9. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
