Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Similar Role At A Discount Retail Store.
Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Employees To Meet Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication With Employees, Customers, And Upper Management Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
Financial Management: Experience In Budgeting, Inventory Management, And Cost Control To Ensure The Store Meets Financial Goals.
Adaptability: Ability To Thrive In A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Retail Environment, Making Quick Decisions And Implementing Changes As Necessary.
