
Data Management Analyst
The Data Analyst is responsible for day to day compensation data analysis for surveying clients. The incumbent supports all activities related to survey participation, job matching/benchmarking (explain methodology and assist in matching some positions for the client as examples), data submission, and accessing and interpreting our data. The Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of data and client support for North American product publications. Survey data support, product management, and analysis – Receive direction on client specific needs and targets during the survey cycle. Complete verification and validation of compensation data, submissions, and data validation files. Assist with job matching and execute all data-related tasks. May include cleaning of aggregate data sets. Assist with increasing the quality of client data submissions, and to increase their clients’ understanding of Mercer survey processes and analysis.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
0-3 years of related experience.
Demonstrate understanding of Mercer jobs as evidenced by quality of submissions.
