
Inbound Customer Service Representative
Adecco’s Specialty Recruitment team is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives for their premier client in Ewing, NJ whose passion is bringing innovative educational solutions to people worldwide. Respond to a high volume of Tier 1 customer inquiries via phone, using scripted responses. Provide empathy, guidance and first call resolution to customer inquiries. Handle candidate interaction via telephone, chat, or email contact for a variety of service transactions or inquiries in a polite and professional manner. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (OSC). Quickly and creatively solve problems to ensure consistent, quality service to the candidate. Demonstrate high quality customer service interactions via phones, chat and e-mail.
One to two years of inbound call center experience working in a fast-paced call center environment is a plus
Strong client facing, high volume retail experience handling complex client needs, issues and escalations, can be considered
Must be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matter.
