Human Resources Manager

Monitoring the delivery of human resources processes and procedures to ensure the development of key Operations talent given the needs of the business. Lead the manpower planning process in conjunction with all Operations departments. Solicit resources both internally and externally to appropriately execute human resources strategies. Manages and develops the Human Resources Assistant Manager as well as all other direct reports as assigned. Provide support to management and employees on various human resource matters including, discipline and performance management, employment law compliance, policy interpretation, compensation and benefits. Serve as point of escalation for various HR Services ticket requests in order to help bring resolution on open employee issues. Establish and perform formalized onboarding and training for new managers and all new associates.
