Inventory Lead
Collaborate with supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates and across functional lines. Understand and act as a role model in following all standard operating procedures (SOPs). Develop and maintain a safe work environment. Ability to reward and recognize performance. Train and coach associates to achieve all operational goals and service levels. Mentor and develop teammates to perform better in their current roles while preparing them for future career opportunities. Ability to develop and share best practices.
Minimum of 2 years related distribution experience and/or training
