- Maintain inventory levels by accurately monitoring and tracking stock levels.
- Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain merchandise displays in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with product replenishment and restocking to ensure shelves are always fully stocked.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Keep the stockroom clean and organized, following safety and security procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure customer needs are met and stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with stock transfers between stores and/or warehouses as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding any issues or concerns.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in stock management.
- Help with store events and promotions by setting up and organizing merchandise displays.
- Support loss prevention efforts by following proper procedures for receiving and handling merchandise.
