- Receive, unpack, and organize new merchandise shipments according to company standards.
- Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced for easy customer accessibility.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring merchandise is easy to locate and restock.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure merchandise is displayed in an appealing and organized manner on the sales floor.
- Assist in creating visual displays and merchandising efforts to highlight featured products.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or damaged products to management.
- Follow company safety and security protocols to protect merchandise and reduce shrinkage.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and proactively seek out tasks to complete during downtime.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed stockroom organization and efficiency goals.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay informed on company policies and procedures.

Previous Retail Experience: A Stock Associate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In The Apparel Or Footwear Industry. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With The Fast-Paced Nature Of The Job And Have Basic Customer Service Skills.
Knowledge Of Adidas Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Adidas Products, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Sizing. This Will Enable Them To Accurately Stock And Replenish Merchandise On The Sales Floor.
Organizational Skills: As A Stock Associate, One Of The Main Responsibilities Is To Maintain The Organization Of The Stockroom And Sales Floor. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Organizational Skills To Ensure Products Are Easily Accessible And Neatly Displayed.
Physical Fitness: This Role Requires The Candidate To Be On Their Feet For Extended Periods And Regularly Lift And Carry Boxes Of Merchandise. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Availability For Flexible Scheduling: As A Part-Time Position, The Candidate Should Be Able To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. This Ensures There Is Adequate Coverage During Peak Business Hours And Special Events.
