
Supply Chain Analyst - Inbound Operations
Develops/implements/monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific focus on speed, cost, and service quality metrics. Develops and manages SOP for all inbound carriers. Schedule daily truck load appointments with the DCs. Lead the communication with inbound planning, customs, and customer service to set and track priority ocean shipments. Work with Manager Inbound Transportation to improve ocean and dray carrier processes, quarterly 3PL reviews, and communicate to ocean and dray carriers our needs.
2-3 years of experience in the supply chain or logistics industry or finance.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple businesses
