Plan for integration/support through Shared Service to include proper training & talk paths up front to ensure proper education & training on the material. Develops communications and branding for Human Resources Leadership Team that aligns with Human Resources, Enterprise Health & Safety and Real Estate brand and storyline. Manages the Knowledge Base & Materials for HR Central & Workforce Relations functions. Researches new marketing and communication strategies for the virtual world.
