Job Description

The position would involve leading and working on various transportation and transit projects throughout southern California and assisting in the preparation of feasibility studies and environmental documents pursuant to CEQA/NEPA. Reviews and processes complex comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, annexations, site plans and plats. Conducts research and prepares statistical reports on land use, physical, social and economic issues. Provides professional planning assistance to member communities on varied land use and transportation projects. Develops plans, studies and analyses on regional basis.

Job Qualifications

  • Working Knowledge of major state and federal agencies including: NEPA/ CEQA

  • Project Experience consisting of Transportation, Civil, Environmental industries preferred

  • 4+ Years of related experience
