  1. Develop and maintain project management processes and standards in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and initiatives to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and provide insights to project teams and stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and develop project plans and schedules.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Facilitate project meetings and workshops, and ensure timely and accurate documentation of meeting minutes and action items.
  7. Develop and implement project management tools and templates to optimize project delivery and increase efficiency.
  8. Mentor and coach project team members on project management best practices and methodologies.
  9. Continuously assess and improve project management processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  11. Provide guidance and support to junior PMO analysts to ensure consistent standards and practices are followed across the organization.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  13. Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Complex Projects, Preferably In The Financial Or Insurance Industry.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability To Gather And Analyze Data, Identify Trends And Provide Insights To Support Decision Making.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Pmo Processes And Methodologies: Proven Experience In Establishing And Maintaining Project Management Processes, Standards, And Tools.

  • Effective Communication And Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated Ability To Communicate Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Leadership And Team Management: Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Project Management Professionals, Providing Guidance And Support To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
