Job Description

Manage corporate domestic licensing program including business licenses and occupational licenses in multiple states. Track outside counsel costs and process outside invoices utilizing Legal Tracker software. Request bonds from bonding company, obtain signatures and track same. Assist with maintenance of corporate books for 20+ subsidiaries. Draft corporate charter documents and corporate governance documents including but not limited to Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, Minutes and Resolutions; route same for signatures and file same with State. Manage drafting, execution and tracking of intercompany agreements and maintain database for same. Assist Compliance Manager & Senior Paralegal with the Legal Department’s biennial review of its policies and work with other Department Heads to review their policies in a timely manner. Partner with Attorneys to draft, issue and track litigation hold notices.Experience with

Job Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years paralegal experience

  • Ability to handle highly confidential information discreetly and professionally

  • Experience with government contracting is a plus

  • Experience with Alaska Native Corporations is a plus
