The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers.The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and helping to ensure that our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience with Afterpay.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be comfortable using technology and have the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you should possess the ability to think quickly and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
