- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various intelligence data sources to support ATF operations and decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate potential threats related to firearms, explosives, and arson, and provide timely and accurate intelligence assessments.
- Collaborate with other intelligence and law enforcement agencies to gather and share information.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ATF's mission, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data.
- Prepare and present intelligence briefings and reports to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging trends and techniques in intelligence analysis and implement them in daily work.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of classified information and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and propose solutions to improve intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination processes.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in intelligence research and analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Criminal Justice, Intelligence Analysis, Or National Security.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Intelligence Research, Analysis, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Intelligence Gathering Techniques And Tools, Including Open Source Research, Data Analysis, And Geospatial Intelligence.
Familiarity With Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, And Explosives.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Intelligence Findings To A Variety Of Audiences.
