  1. Assist in managing and maintaining financial records and reports.
  2. Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for improving financial processes.
  3. Work with the Account Manager to develop and implement financial strategies and goals.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  5. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  6. Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper allocation.
  7. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial records.
  8. Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and laws to ensure compliance.
  9. Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
  10. Create and maintain documentation of financial procedures and processes.
  11. Participate in audits and assist in implementing audit recommendations.
  12. Assist in financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
  15. Continuously seek ways to streamline and improve accounting processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Security Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Basic Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Accounting Software Such As Quickbooks Or Sap.
