High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Professional Security Guard At Allied Universal Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Education And Knowledge.
State Licensure: Depending On The State, A Professional Security Guard May Be Required To Obtain A Security Guard License Or Certification To Work In The Field. Allied Universal Requires All Applicants To Have A Valid State License.
Physical Fitness: Being A Security Guard Requires Physical Strength And Stamina, As Well As The Ability To Stand For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Pass A Physical Fitness Test.
Communication Skills: Good Communication Skills Are Essential For A Professional Security Guard, As They Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Law Enforcement Personnel. This Includes Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
