As the Merchandising Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, optimize profits, and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate, and mentor the merchandising team to ensure performance and objectives are met.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, optimize profits, and enhance the customer experience.
  3. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  5. Develop creative visual displays and strategies to maximize product visibility.
  6. Ensure store appearance is maintained to the highest standards.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and the retail industry.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock management.
  9. Monitor and review customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
