American Eagle Outfitters is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking for someone who can effectively engage with our customers and make sure they have a great shopping experience in our store. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion and a knack for providing excellent customer service.We are looking for someone who is driven and committed to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate should have prior retail sales experience, a strong knowledge of the fashion industry, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the Sales Associate should possess the ability to work well in a team environment and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you have the qualifications we are looking for and are ready to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right products that meet their needs.
  3. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
  4. Maintain the overall appearance of the store and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
  5. Process payments and complete sales transactions.
  6. Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
  7. Stay up to date on product information and trends to better assist customers.
  8. Ensure that all store policies are being followed.
  9. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  10. Follow proper loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
