As a Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador, helping to create a unique shopping experience by connecting with customers and providing them with the best service. Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide them with product information • Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently • Monitor inventory to identify areas of opportunity • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping • Assist in loss prevention to minimize shrinkage • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
