Stock Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Stock Associate to join American Eagle Outfitters and make a positive contribution to our team! This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organizational and customer service skills, and a passion for fashion. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing exceptional service to customers. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and unload shipments of new stock and store in appropriate locations throughout the store.
2. Maintain accurate stock levels throughout the store.
3. Monitor stock levels and order additional items when necessary.
4. Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
6. Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and tagged.
7. Assist with visual merchandising tasks as needed.
8. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
9. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
10. Communicate with store management to ensure store operations are running smoothly.
