Stock Associate

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Stock Associate who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing customers with outstanding service. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to staying organized. The Stock Associate will be responsible for stocking merchandise, ensuring the store is presentable, and performing other duties as needed.The successful Stock Associate must have at least a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in retail is preferred but not required. The Stock Associate must also be able to lift at least 25 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

1. Stock merchandise on shelves in a neat and organized manner
2. Receive and process shipments of merchandise
3. Keep store presentable and maintain cleanliness standards
4. Assist customers in locating items and provide excellent customer service
5. Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as necessary
6. Work with store staff to ensure proper merchandising of products
7. Count inventory and maintain accurate records
8. Assist in other duties as needed
9. Lift up to 25 pounds of merchandise
10. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
