Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team and lead our store to success. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, providing outstanding customer service, and driving sales. This position requires a strong leader who is able to motivate and inspire the team, build relationships with customers, and ensure that the store is always running at peak efficiency.Qualifications for this position include at least two years of retail management experience, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for fashion and a drive to stay on top of the latest trends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, customer service, inventory management, and cash handling
  2. Implement strategies to increase store sales and meet sales goals
  3. Motivate and inspire the store team to ensure excellent customer service
  4. Develop relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty
  5. Monitor store performance and adjust strategies as needed
  6. Maintain store standards in terms of cleanliness and organization
  7. Stay current on fashion trends and ensure merchandise is on trend
  8. Hire, train, and manage store personnel
  9. Monitor store performance and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency
  10. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
