The scope of work to be performed by the C&S Electronic Specialist includes, but is not limited to, providing a central clearing-house point for Amtrak circuit problems. Utilize digital computer hardware and remote microprocessor-controlled equipment to provide technical and troubleshooting assistance to field personnel in order to correct problems. Provide interface between Amtrak, outside providers, and resellers and help determine area of responsibility as problems develop.
